I can see where the state is coming from on doing this (the person is just a jerk) but the real question is where will it stop. Apparently they (Alabama) already penalizes smokers. I can see this easily going to the extreme that if your family has a history of say breast cancer or testicle cancer unless you remove the above "items" to prevent this cancer you could be penalized. Granted not likely but....
Hmmm. Yet another reason not to visit Alabama.

Why are people so retarded. It's right up their with china's government having a height and weight requirement before you can adopt one of their orphan's. Funny that it's fat people that are the downfall of society-not societies cruelty to those different from them.
