Birthdays…

I will be celebrating a birthday soon. I thought I would give you a bit of trivia about the year I was born and see if you can figure it out.

This year in history:

*a stamp cost $.10, but later changed to $.13 later in the year

*The Cincinnati Reds beat the Boston Red Sox 4-3 in the World Series

*Saturday Night Live (SNL) premiered on NBC

*VCR’s were developed in Japan by Sony –Betamax and VHS

Ok-this was a bad idea. This makes me sound much older than I really am, but according to the lovely internet these are true facts for the year I was born.
