If I Can, You Can Too

You too can make a lovely home made pizza. It took forever to get these photos up. I'm not sure if it's blogger or what. I ended up switching internet browsers to get it done.

Anyway moving on...

First you will start with a frozen pizza dough, thawed out of course. Don't forget to pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.

Roll out the dough to a nice size and to the thickness you like, thin or thicker. Then I took a couple of garlic cloves and brush them across the dough.

Now spread a bit of olive oil on the dough, this will be the "sauce".

Don't get too much, but a bit to cover the dough. Yes, sometimes you have to use your fingers.

Now go to the fridge and get the fresh mozzarella.

Cut a few nice slices.

Then cut your gourmet olives from the olive bar in half. I like the ones stuff with garlic. You can use the garlic then on the dough.

Now assemble your pizza. Or a bit of extra flavor chop some fresh basil or sprinkle on a few dried parsley flakes if you don't have the basil. *mine has the flakes* Now, pop the pizza into the oven on a lightly greased sheet.

Now grab your favorite beverage from the fridge. Ah, Kilkenny, yes, I still have a couple from Canada, but most are gone.

See how it's all stirred up when you pour it into the glass.

No worries, it settles quickly and you have lovely red ale with a nice head.

Pizza should be done in about 10 minutes or so. Until a bit of nice brown hits the cheese, and it depends on the thickness of your crust. Now dig in.

Yum!!!!
